Itti comes with a rich experience of 12+ years in driving significant business results and process improvements employing the power of analytics & ML. She has built and led growth-oriented analytics and insights teams for Banking & Financial Services and Retail conglomerates like HSBC, Citigroup, Titan, Tesco & Jana Small Finance Bank.
In her current role, Itti is in the Client Solutions and Product Strategy group at Analyttica Datalab Inc., a fast-growing analytics start-up headquartered in Delaware, US with offices in Wilmington, Bangalore, and Pune. She manages new client onboarding and engages with clients across industry verticals to identify & develop analytics strategies to deliver maximum business value.
She is especially interested in AI / ML techniques that can maximise the delivery of a better end user experience, enhance customer loyalty and personalise every touchpoint in a customer’s journey. To this effect, she spent a couple of years studying with NYU School of Professional Studies on understanding & harnessing the impact of digital marketing in CRM.
